Ste´phane arrived in the Rhone Valley in 2000, creating La Ferme du Mont in the Southern Rhone where he continues to produce wines with freshness and soul using native yeasts and biodynamic methods.

An aproachable and fruit-forward red with aromas of red fruits (cherry and raspberry), with notes of spice, licorice, and oak. Medium-bodied with smooth tannins and a refreshing acidity, making it enjoyable on its own or with food.

Pairings: beef, lamb, peppers on the grill or anything roasted, spicy dishes
