The name, Adele, has its origins in a rose garden that Fabio’s father, Elio, dedicated to his beloved wife, Adele.

Light pink “onion skin,” with bronze reflections. Hints of rose petals and violets combine with aromas of black pepper, blackberries, pomegranate and strawberries. The palate has is softly structured and a long fresh finish.

Food pairing: Appetizers and first courses of seafood, white meats and soft cheeses.
