From the acclaimed Filipa and her chef husband, William Wouthers, is a delicious and easy-drinking red, that “cleverly shows the characteristics of the dark-skinned grape variety Baga and its home of Bairrada. Baga is a typically high-tannin and high-acid variety that requires great skill and experience from growers and winemakers alike, as well as co-operation from the weather. Dark fruits, savoury, vibrant, pure, dry, floral with dry tannins and a long finish. Similar to a Rhone Syrah. Drink now (decant for 1 hour) and it was even better on day 2!
