Vineyards situated on 45 acres of clay limstone soils and overlook the Thau Lagoon, the largest oyster pond in the Mediterrean sea. Soft, delicate nose with hints of grapefruit, unripe peach, acacia and briney notes. Crisp and fresh with lingering notes of salinity.
Pairings: fresh shellfish, light seafood, goat cheese or fried foods
