Mesmerizing aromas of jasmine, dried herbs, fennel, lemon peel and minerals from limestone soils on a textured palate with salinity and a crisp citrus freshness to balance. Vibrant, organic and a pure delight.

Pairings: seafood (oysters, shrimp), grilled vegetables, and Mediterranean dishes, roast poultry, pasta with light sauces, and aged goat cheese.
