New vintage that was just released. From a single 2-hectare parcel Las Frías at 1030 meters planted in the 1940s on sandy slate, certified organic and biodynamic. Juicy red fermented with whole clusters and with added complexity for aging in fudres and barrels for 12 mos. A wine with great finesse and elegance with notes of berries, herbs and a touch of salinity on the finish. Just stellar.

Pairings: rack of lamb with rosemary, grilled red meats, juicy stews, duck breast wild berry and rosemary reduction sauce, cured cheeses.
