This Yamahai Junmai is brewed in the Yamahai method with super soft spring waterwhich takes 100 years for the underground water to flow from Mt. Fuji. It has abeautiful taste of rice, sweetness backed up with savoury nose. 2019 and 2022International Wine Challenge Junmai category regional Trophy winner.
