This is a maritime wine that is a great example of the potential from this region. Sourced from 3 organic vineyards that expresses a leaner version of Pinot Noir with cranberry, tart fruit flavors, violets, forest floor, bing cherries and blueberries.There is just a touch of sweet richness from the 7% new oak. Approachable now, but still ageable for a few years yet.

Pairings: rack of lamb with Moroccan spice, grilled salmon, roasted duck, roasted poultry with mushrooms
