Hand picked fruit, aged 3 months in stainless steel tanks. Straw yellow colour. Well structured wine with flavours of white fleshed fruits, a good acidity balance and lingering finish.

Pairings: white meat, delicate poached fish and pasta with creamy lemon sauces.
