ROSE & RASPBERRY FIZZ
INGREDIENTS:

50ML OF GLENDALOUGH ROSE GIN
15ML OF RASPBERRY SYRUP
15ML OF LEMON JUICE
15ML OF APEROL
TOP WITH SODA WATER

INSTRUCTIONS:

Shake all ingredients (except soda) in a shaker with ice.
Strain into a highball glass and add the soda.
Garnish with a raspberry and a freshly torn sprig of mint.
