A traditional Amorone that’s comple, elegant and velvety on the palate. The ripe grapes were dried for 3 months after harvest until 35-40% less in weight. Then the wine is aged for a further 3 years and then at least 6 months resting in bottle. Full-bodied, powerful bold red loaded with plums, blackberries, ripe dried red fruits with notes of toasted almonds and spice.
