Light straw color with greenish sparks.
NOSE Aromas of citrus, elderflowers and fresh
herbs are supported by a firm minerality.
A special piquancy to the bouquet is given
by shades of smoke and butter.
PALATE Unoaked, the wine has the silky texture of
lemon sorbet; smooth, fresh and pleasing
with a bright acidity and a long finish with
almond tones.

PAIRING The wine is universal, perfect as an aperitif,
and also harmoniously combines with clams
and oysters, white fish, spicy dishes, veal,
sheep’s cheese or Brie cheese.
