HB (formerly known as Pessac-Léognan de Haut-Bailly) is the third wine of the prestigious Chateau Haut-Bailly in Pessac-Léognan, produced from 2019 to offer immediate, fruit-forward pleasure. It is a velvety, structured wine featuring notes of blackcurrant, cassis, and mineral hints, designed for earlier drinking (5–15 years) than the Grand Vin.
