For a fuller bodied organic red wine, this is a popular Italian one made from 100 per cent Montepulciano grapes. The complexity comes from spending 8 months time in French barriques. This easygoing red has aromas of dark berry, wild fresh herbs and spice. The simple zesty palate offers dark cherry, raspberry and a hint of cinnamon alongside dusty tannins. Pair with roasted meats and vegetables and pizza!
