Over 60 hectares of forest and garrigue, teaming with wildlife, and an 11th century chapel, protect the 26 hectares of organic vines. Our philosophy from the beginning has been to limit yields and take an organic approach to managing the soil and the vines.

Albas Red marries the Mediterranean varieties of Syrah (partially vinified in French oak barrels) and Grenache. It seduces with notes of red fruits and liquorice, and is smooth and generous on the palate; a true expression of the Minervois. Pairs well with grilled food and spicy dishes.
