From France’s Burgundy region, under the Coteaux Bourguignons AOC, from a historic Burgundy house established in Mercurey in 1595. Now guided by oenologist David Fernez. This light, easy-drinking red has notes of raspberry, strawberry, and rose petals mingling with subtle earthy notes reminiscent of potting soil. On the palate, it is lively and fresh, with soft, easy tannins, moderate acidity, and a delicate, fruity structure.
Pairings: versatile light red … poultry dishes, portobello mushrooms, lentil stew and classic beef bourguignon. Lighter fare such as prosciutto sandwiches or shrimp saganaki
