The label is a drawing done by Gianni Gallo, a celebrated Italian artist who was known for his work with wine bottle labels. The Dragon label was one of the last that he made, the Dragon meant to be a symbol of bravery. This wine is a blend of white varieties that have come together to represent the terroir of Piedmont, but still represent that Piedmont can do other varieties well. An aromatic, medium-bodied white wine with notes of flowers, and summer fresh-cut grass, layered with lime pie, pear, tropical fruit, apricot, green apple, crushed mint, and a touch of warm bread over flinty minerality.

Pairings: Seared scallops with lemon beurre blanc, Herbed goat cheese crostini, Risotto with zucchini and mint and Thai green curry with seafood
