Dolcetto – Piedmont, Italy

A traditional wine, easy to drink, which comes from a blend of Dolcetto grapes that come from the Village of Dogliani. Ruby red in color, with a fruity bouquet; sweet flowers, sage and spice notes. Fresh and flavourful on the palate, with abundant red and black berry fruit and notes of almond on the finish.

Pairing: pasta, grilled steak, charcuterie, mushrooms, pizza
