Arya is a fullbodied, rich, red wine the applelation Vino Nobile di Montepulciano. Aged in French oak barrels for 24 months, followed by at least a year in the bottle. This is a low manipulation wine, natural wine with no yeast added, resulting in complex aromas and notes of ripe plum, pepper and other spices.

Pairing: red meats and game, such as pork, beef, wild boar or steak, as well as aged cheeses like Pecorino stagionato.
