Arya is a full bodied, rich, red wine from the appellation Vino Nobile di Montepulciano. Aged in French oak barrels for 24 months, followed by at least a year in the bottle. This is a low manipulation, natural wine, with no yeast added– resulting in complex aromas and notes of ripe plum, pepper and other spices.

Pairing: red meats and game, such as pork, beef, wild boar or steak, as well as aged cheeses like Pecorino.
