MARNES BLANCHES BULLE TON BODY

This cuvée is made from Pinot Blanc (50%) and Auxerrois (50%) from Alsace. The vines were planted in 1978 on Limestone. The grapes are whole cluster pressed into stainless steel. When the juice reaches 21 g/L of residual sugar it is chilled, racked, and bottled. This naturally sparkling wine was disgorged in June.
