We fell in love with this wine in New Orleans at Hungry Eyes restaurant. Make from Aramon, Cinsault, Grenache Noir, Clairette on a small estate near Beziers in the Languedoc.

No manipulation, medium-bodied with crunch red raspberry and cranberry with high-toned structured acidity.
No fining, filtering or sulfer additions.
