This gorgeous wine, elegant and rich in hints of citrus and Mediterranean herbs, take the most from constant breezes that blow from the northern slopes of valley. Aromas of citrus and apple, ending with floral and herbaceous notes which recall the surrounding nature. Very well balanced with great freshness on the palate that finishes with vocanic notes and salinity. Carricante is one of the most ancient indigenous Sicilian white grape variety which, after risking of extinction, has returned to the fore as the undoubted star.

Pairing: salads, root vegetables, squash and tomato-based dishes, spicey fare, seafood, shellfish
