La Jefa represents the patience and tenacity of all those women who work in the fields in a male-dominated world. Sourced from vines that are 50-150 years old… resulting in a rich, creamy white wine that’s aromatic and full bodied, with the required balancing mouth-watering acidity and flavours of creamy vanilla, candied lemons, melon, apricots and peaches with lingering notes of dried herbs and flowers. Organic, biodynamic and vegan.
