Made from a rare white mutation of Tempranillo, this is a seriously stylish and fabulous, unoaked, white Rioja! A beautiful toasty white with creamy lees notes and baked stone fruits leading on to a crisp palate that shows precision and great acid balance.
Janire Moraza is the sixth generation of her family to work the estate; her partner Patricio was making craft cider in Montreal when they met. They are reinventing Rioja. By harvesting early and keeping the alcohol levels lower, they are making the kind of fresh, fruity and unoaked wines Janire remembers her Grandfather enjoying. 12%
