Tempranillo, Garnacha – Spain

Bodegas Moraza has been in the family for six generations and one of very few organic producers in Rioja. This “rock’n’roll” wine is such an interesting wine — medium bodied, fresh, and vibrant with notes of cherries, raspberry and rhubarb. A natural, super drinkable red wine. Fresh, low alcohol, juicy and fruity.

Pairing: Chicken Gyros, Croque Monsieur, roasted poultry, charcuterie, roasted duck.
