NICHOL PINOT GRIS

12-18 hours of skin contact prior to fermentation. Aromas of fuzzy peaches in cream, apricot skin, and a touch of baking spice. Medium bodied with citrus pith and apricot pits on a generous but very easy palate. A big, easy soft version of our Oval Label Pinot Gris that will pair easily with slightly spicy fare, salmon, roast chicken.
