Cabernet Franc – France

A polarizing grape that’s known for “vegetal” notes in cooler climates. This is a softly textured and juicy example of the grape fro Chinon. Notes of black currant, crunchy red fruits, spice, smoke, stalks – a very approachable Cabernet Franc.

Pairings: tomato-based dishes with fresh herbs, spicy sausages(merguez), kabobs, charcuterie, herb roasted lamb
