Testarossa Rosso has a deep ruby red color and offers hints of ripe red fruit, dried violets and undergrowth such as plums, black cherries and strong tertiary aromas of eucalyptus, licorice, chocolate and tobacco.

Testarossa Rosso by Pasetti is perfect with rich and structured long-cooking dishes such as red meats, game and very aged cheeses. But it can also be appreciated as a meditation wine, in the company of a good chocolate and a cigar.

100% with Montepulciano d’Abruzzo grapes from vineyards with a density of 5200 vines/ha, with a yield of 100 q/ha. The harvest is carried out manually in boxes at the end of October and the beginning of November.
