Grapes from the volcanic soils of Sicily, spending 10 months in a combination of oak and concrete creating a lovely, textured and elegant white with notes of ripe fruit, honey, apricot, quince, citrus and a smokey hint. This is a special expression of Chardonnay from volcanic soils with ageing potential.

Pairings: aperitivo, pasta dish over a fava cream, grilled chicken, creamy pasta, seafood salad, arancini, soft cheese
