PEPIN SUPER JP

Super JP Gewürztraminer is a natural wine crafted by Pépin, in the Alsace region in France. This orange wine is made with Gewürztraminer grapes, which sees maceration for 2 days on 15% of the cuvée, then that is blended with the press juices.

This orange wine has an inviting, herbal and interestingly HONEYED nose and a bit more of an unusual flavour profile on the palate, which is quite niche, almost retsina and nutty in presence. Interestingly, there is also an element of pine resin on the nose, similar to a Retsina wine?!!
