PHELAN FARM AUTREMENT 2022

“Autrement” is a Savoie inspired blend of Pinot Noir, Mondeuse and Gamay. Cool climate tempered by a maritime influence a bare three miles away from the Pacific. All varietals were handpicked and whole clusters were fermented in stainless steel, then further aged in neutral oak. No filtration, fining or SO2 additions. Fresh and vibrant wine with a deeply savoury element. Notes of raspberry, ripe peach and earth floor.
