Run by brothers Laurent and Christophe Pinson, Charlène, the winemaker is Laurent’s daughter and an oenologist, who returned to the estate in 2008. A lovely, fresh, vibrant, and crisp Chablis. On the palate, notes of lemon, green apple, and white flowers (acacia). Beautiful minerality brings freshness and tension. Drink now or hold up to 5 years.

Pairings: Pork, Oily fish (salmon, tuna, etc.), Shellfish, Mild cheese
