“We are excited release out first vintage of Aligoté! Sometimes referred to as the “3rd grape” of Burgundy, this often overlooked varietal has found a home in sandy soils. This wine has all the classic Aligoté flair with aromas of apple, lemon and slightly herbacious notes. The palate is structured and crisp. A fine wine to enjoy on its own or pair with a roast chicken or simple cream based pastas.”
