Vatted and bottled at cask strength. Lightly peated balanced with rich dark fruit flavours. Honey gold in colour with hints of red wine hues. Na Sia, meaning ‘The Six’ in Gaelic, is the carefully crafted Isle of Raasay Signature Single Malt recipe which matures peated and unpeated spirit separately in three distinct cask types – Rye Whiskey, virgin Chinkapin oak, and Bordeaux red wine. Each of these distinctive cask types create real depth and complexity for our Isle of Raasay Signature Single Malt, showcasing our renowned lightly peated style with rich, dark fruit flavours.
