A beautiful white from of the Cape’s true heritage varieties, with origins as early as the 17th century. This is a first for Radford Dale and the start of a new and exciting wine journey. The grapes were all hand-picked at dawn to capture freshness and acidity, fermentation in old barrel after 10months on the lees, almost a year after picking. Notes of lemon, grapefruit, cape gooseberry, delicate floral notes and stones. Fresh, vibrant and light with a long finish.
Pairings: fresh crab, dishes with fennel and citrus, seabass, goat cheese, smoked trout, seafood salad, sashimi
