REDSTONE MERLOT/CABERNET
Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, as well as a splash of Gamay and Syrah
Place: Niagara Peninsula, Ontario
Aged 18 months in new and neutral French Oak barrels. This wine is a very approachable everyday red blend. It is a medium bodied red with flavours of juicy red berries, cherry and blueberries. Highlighted by notes of cedar, vanilla and baking spices.

Pairings: Everything from pizza to a steak. Try this one with your favourite burger or stuffed portobello mushrooms.
