RIVETTO KASKAL NEBBIOLO SPUMANTE

The wine is made from grapes plucked from the tips of the bunch only. 60 months on the lees gives the wine a biscuity, bready, brioche flavour combined with a whiff of cherry, rose, violets, and Italian herbs. The name “Kaskal” means “the road that leads to the king” – a path to explore the potential of a noble vine (Nebbiolo)
