RIVETTO – LANGHE NEBBIOLO

Grapes: Made with Nebbiolo that grows a few steps from the border of Barolo.
Place: Langhe, Piedmonte, Italy

This fruity and vibrant Nebbiolo is produced following organic farmiing principles. It is medium bodied with concentrated cherry and raspberry aromas, hints of spice and leather. On the palate it is intense, with bright red fruit, fine tannins and a well balanced acidity. Perfect paired with veal, filled pasta or aged cheese.
