ROLET CREMANT DU JURA

50% Chardonnay, 10% Savagnin, 40% Pinot Noir, Trousseau, Poulsard

Run by four siblings, Rolet is a winery focused on sustainable wine production both in the vineyard and in the winery itself. This brut constists of mostly Chardonnay and small amounts of Savignin, Poulsard and Pinot Noir. Fermented and aged in stainless steel, helping the wine retain its freshness. That brightness is balanced by the 24 months this wine spends on lees, adding a rounder and more complex mouthfeel.
