ROSA HANDGEMENGE

A rosé made of Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt and Merlot pressed from the whole grapes, spontaneously fermented and aged in used 500 liter barrels. Engaging nose, red currants, raspberry pulp, rhubarb, dark baked sponge base. On the palate a firm and refreshing texture, again red berry fruit, good acidity with delicate tannins, next to cool leafy hints of eucalyptus, slightly flinty.
