Appearance: clear amber brown with one fat finger of pillowy beige head, excellent retention and moderate chunky lacing. Aroma: coffee grounds, barnyardy funk, floral, ash, oak. Taste: moderate sweet, moderate-high bitter, moderate funk. Palate: medium body, moderate carbonation, off-dry finish.
