Fresh, unoaked red that’s simple, rustic and straightforward. Fermented in underground concrete vats. A delicate, elegant wine with fine tannins and clean, juicy flavours with hints of citrus and flowers.

Pairings: roasted chicken with herbs de Provence, eggplant with yogurt, pork, lamb, and pasta dishes, as well as spicy tapas like chorizo tacos.
