Fresh, unoaked red that’s simple, rustic and straightforward. Fermented in underground concrete vats. A delicate, elegant wine with fine tannins and clean, juicy flavours with hints of citrus and flowers. Pair with roasted chicken with herbs de Provence, eggplant with yogurt, pork, lamb, and pasta dishes, as well as spicy tapas like chorizo tacos.
