SOLI PINOT NOIR

Pinot Noir from Bulgaria created by an Italian winemaker. Edoardo Miroglio has only been making wines in Thracia since 2005. His Pinot Noir grows in the coolest places of his domain. That’s where this grape does well. It matures for 12 to 15 months on French oak barrels. Then you taste the taste of light red fruit, cherries, coffee, tobacco, vanilla, smoke and spices. The wine is soft and juicy. A delicious match with light meat dishes such as chicken, veal or pork. Vintage after vintage, this Soli Pinot Noir is among the best value reds of any kind.
