We are excited to welcome back this popular rose, made for the famous St John Restaurant in London.
They say a good rosé, if you close your eyes, could be mistaken for a white wine. Our Beausoleil could very possibly do just that as it is fresh with a little salinity, pale red fruits, with a balanced and refreshing acidity, there always tends to be a second glass, voilà! – perfect for a summers day.
Pairing: grilled, center-cut pork chop served with mango chutney and the patio!
The St. John restaurant in London is a landmark in the literal and metaphorical sense. Housed in an old bacon smokehouse on St. John Street in London’s historic meat-packing district of Smithfield, three partners reached quiet fame for a “nose to tail” concept. They focus on simplicity, and have earned “best restaurant in Britain” awards and an 11-year-and-running Michelin star.
To complement their remarkable food, they source and blend their own wine, which includes having purchased vineyards and a winery in the Minervois
