STONEBOAT VINEYARDS PIANO BRUT

This sparkling wine offers refreshing aromas of zesty citrus, white peach, juicy granny smith apple, honey, and a slight brioche & mineral undertone on the finish. Inspired by the Prosecco of Italy, the creamy bubbles of this sparkling were created naturally using the traditional Charmat Method and from old-vines Pinot Blanc. The peach and lemon flavors from the pinot blanc of this sparkling pair well with seafood, salads and pasta dishes. Some of our favourite food parings are seared scallops or fresh oysters, fettuccine Alfredo, and soft cheeses like brie or camembert.
