Aromatic, fresh and vibrant with notes of black currant, black and Evans cherries, plums, wild herbs followed by aromas of violets, lavender and flint. Fresh yet rich, elegant and smooth on a silky palate with fine tannins. The finish is lingering with red cherry and currants. Enjoy now or hold 5-6 years

Pairings: pasta with meat sauce, pates, rustic baked pasta, grilled vegetables, lasagna, grilled pork, lamb, game, fajitas, pizza, hamburgers.. pecorino and parmesan
