Priorat region (Tarragona, Spain). Now in its fifth generation, the winery has been in the family’s hands since 1880.

Mixture of clay and sand on terraces

Vinification:
8-day maceration, fermentation in 10.000-liter stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts.

Aged:9 months in French oak barrels

Characteristics:
Still red wine with natural and fruity flavors – fresh and elegant

eminiscent of plums and dark berries, with a delicate note of leather and the typical Mediterranean herbal spice. It starts powerfully on the palate, is surprisingly lively, the Grenache pleasantly rounds off the long finale. Tossals Seleccio is ready to drink when it is released, but can also be aged in the bottle for a few years.

Serve it with tapas, at a barbecue party, with game and dark meat, but this delicious Spaniard goes also well with pizza and pasta.
