Cabernet Sauvignon – Californina

This is the fourth vintage of Unshackled. The 2021 features 82% Cabernet Sauvignon, with small amounts of Petite Sirah, Petit Verdot, Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Tannat making up the balance. It shows gorgeous depth of flavour, with plum, cassis, blackberry, dried herbs, clove, mocha and vanilla. A robust and bold, a wine with wide appeal. Enjoy by 2026.
