Perbacco translates to surprise as this gem is a very special blend of their Barolo vineyards (and sometimes Barbaresco) made especially for their mother. Aged in Slavonian casks for 2 years and blended in stainless steel prior to release. Expressive flavours and aromas along with mint, spices and on a mid-weight palate. Bold, intense and powerful when young, complex and elegant with ageing.

Pair with hearty stew, wild game, roasted red meats and sharp, aged cheeses
