Outstanding barbeque red made from old bush vines and minimal intervention in Manchuela, bright sunny days and cold nights. Aromatic, flavourful with depth and freshness. Notes of red and black cherries, blueberries, spice, thyme, lavender, violets and curshed black pepper. Juicy and velvety with soft ripe tannins and a delicate balance. Serve 14-16C.

Pairings: herb crusted rosemary & thyme roasted lamb with smashed potatoes, grilled chicken or pork and grilled vegetables, lasagna
